The stress of the child comes from pressures that the you hold in your heart - let go.. it is impossible to control everything in life .... The arguments with the partner comes from your difficult thoughts - talk about them simply and honestly and make them leave (either the thoughts or the partner..) The parents got used that you brake down and apologize - be assertive, you need to show them the new you so they will know the real you...
